- Leenden, snacks och minions & monster: En inblick i GOLDTOP:s sommarbiodag
If you had walked into Goldtop Stone’s afternoon tea yesterday, you would have found fresh treats and warm conversations. And if you had joined us at the cinema a little later, you would have heard what truly makes a company feel like a community: the sound of children laughing alongside their parents.
Den 9 juli höll vi ett sommarevenemang i två delar för att fira vårt folk och deras familjer. Allt började klockan 15:00 med en eftermiddagste där teammedlemmarna kopplade ner och kopplade ihop sig utanför sina dagliga rutiner. Sedan, klockan 16:30, åkte vi tillsammans till biografen för en visning av Minioner och monster — a film that turned a regular weekday into a highlight of the summer break.
One team member shared, “My son couldn’t stop talking about the Minions. Watching him laugh in the cinema, surrounded by my colleagues and their families, made me feel so grateful to be part of this team.” Another added, “It’s rare to find a workplace that not only encourages work-life balance but actively creates space for family joy.”
At Goldtop Stone, we believe caring for our employees means caring about the moments that matter most to them. Taking the whole crew — big and small — to the movies was our way of saying thank you and showing that here, family always has a seat.
